The online event will be hosted as a platform where evolving EU climate policies, structured local climate planning using ISO 50001 and guidance for small municipalities on developing Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs) will be presented. Emphasis will be placed on real-world examples and case studies, showcasing how local authorities across Europe have implemented climate actions effectively.
Attendees will be offered insights through presentations by experts and municipal representatives, with a focus on public engagement strategies and funding opportunities. A special segment will be dedicated to EU funding, featuring a presentation by a CINEA representative. The agenda will include a variety of speakers covering key topics from policy evolution to energy management and collaborative planning approaches.
The conference will be free, online, and open to all, encouraging wide participation in this final event of the OwnYourSECAP project.
